At Sage Rêverie, many of our items are made especially for you using a print-on-demand service. This means that each product is created to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a problem with the item.

 

🛍️ Can I return or exchange an item?

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference.

 

💔 What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production error, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and the issue

We will then arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and the situation.

 

📦 Who covers return shipping?

In the rare case where a return is necessary, we will cover the return costs only if the product is faulty or incorrect. For any other reason, we unfortunately cannot accept returns due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
